We ship via Nova Poshta. You can choose delivery to a branch, a parcel locker, or ask for courier service. Please make sure your selected Nova Poshta branch is operating.

2. How long does delivery take and who pays for it?
Delivery time is up to 5 business days, depending on your region. The shipping cost is covered by the buyer according to Nova Poshta's rates.

3. How long will my parcel be stored at the branch?
Your parcel can be stored free of charge for 7 business days. Starting from the 8th day, storage fees apply.

4. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Nova Poshta will automatically send your tracking number (TTN) via SMS to your mobile number.
We will also email you the TTN once your order has been shipped.

5. Do you ship to temporarily occupied territories or Crimea?
Postal services do not operate in temporarily occupied territories or the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
